Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs, including assessments, workout routines and progress tracking.
• Lead engaging group fitness classes such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates and strength training for all fitness levels.
• Provide one‑on‑one personal training sessions, offering expert guidance and motivation.
• Maintain fitness equipment in optimal condition, report any issues and ensure regular cleaning.
• Enforce safety protocols, educate guests on proper equipment use and prevent injuries.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, answering health‑related queries and offering wellness advice.
• Keep the fitness area tidy, organized and welcoming.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a fitness professional, personal trainer or similar role within a gym, health club or hotel environment.
