Fitness Professional – Spa Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Fitness Professional to join its Spa Operations team. You will design and deliver personalized fitness programs and group classes for resort guests, ensuring a high‑standard wellness experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored workout plans.
• Lead individual and group sessions such as yoga, Pilates, strength training and aqua fitness.
• Collaborate with spa therapists to provide integrated wellness experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe fitness environment and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Promote spa services, upsell packages and retail products.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, NASM, ISSA or equivalent).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fitness or wellness setting, preferably in a luxury resort or spa.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology and basic nutrition.
• Professional appearance, flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• ACE, NASM or ISSA certification.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Yoga, Pilates or aqua‑fitness certification (optional but preferred).
