Fitness Trainer – Luxury Spa & Recreation

About the role

Join Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Spa & Recreation team as a Fitness Trainer, delivering personalized wellness experiences to guests in a five‑star luxury environment. You will design and lead fitness programs that help guests achieve their health goals while upholding the brand’s high standards of service and facility excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual fitness assessments and create tailored training plans.
• Deliver one‑on‑one and group sessions covering weight management, strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
• Provide expert guidance on exercise technique and equipment usage, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Track guest progress, adjust programs as needed, and motivate participants throughout their journey.
• Maintain the fitness centre’s cleanliness, presentation and equipment readiness.
• Promote personal training services and membership options through genuine, guest‑focused recommendations.

Required profile

• Passion for fitness, wellbeing and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Minimum of 1 month professional experience in personal training or a related fitness role.
• Ability to work collaboratively with spa, recreation and wellness teams.
• Commitment to upholding luxury hospitality standards.
