Fit‑Out Project Engineer – Civil Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Fit‑Out Project Engineer to lead the technical and site execution of multiple fit‑out and renovation projects in the UAE, taking each from design through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret civil and MEP drawings, plan work sequences and assign clear tasks to foremen.
• Coordinate civil and MEP works, subcontractors and material deliveries, and track approvals, variations and project records.
• Monitor progress and quality on site, prepare regular reports and ensure documentation is complete.
• Deliver projects on schedule, overseeing mobilisation, execution, quality control, completion and handover.

Required profile

• Registered engineer with Dubai Municipality (mandatory).
• Hands‑on UAE experience with a fit‑out or renovation company.
• Background in commercial fit‑out, residential renovation and civil works.
• Proven ability to read and coordinate civil and MEP drawings.
• Experience handling authority approvals and managing subcontractors, materials and site teams.
• Strong project scheduling, site reporting and documentation skills.
