Fleet Specialist

About the role

PureHealth Research is looking for a proactive Fleet Specialist to oversee all transportation and fleet operations in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safe, cost‑effective mobility for staff, goods, and services while maintaining full compliance with UAE transport regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and manage 27 vehicles and drivers to meet departmental needs.
• Coordinate transport for staff, goods, and official assignments across Abu Dhabi and beyond.
• Handle vehicle registration, insurance, servicing schedules, accident claims, repairs, renewals, and traffic fines.
• Track and maintain detailed cost records for fuel, tolls, maintenance, and other fleet expenses.
• Monitor outsourced vehicles and vendor performance, validate invoices, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Implement cost‑optimization initiatives to reduce operating expenses while preserving safety and service quality.
• Supervise goods movement operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics or transport operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE transport regulations (RTA, insurance, traffic fines).
• Excellent coordination, vendor management and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong cost‑tracking and reporting capabilities.
