Flight Facilitation Assistant

About the role

The Flight Facilitation Assistant supports safe and efficient operations for Etihad Airways and partner airlines. Working in a 24/7 environment, you will ensure flight crews have the latest operational information, documentation, and support services for every journey.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute operational flight documents such as OFPs and General Declarations in line with timelines.
• Monitor updates and revisions to ensure crews receive approved information before departure.
• Assist crew briefings, provide first‑line operational assistance, and coordinate with dispatch, hub control, ground handling, and partner airlines.
• Retrieve, verify, archive, and manage post‑flight documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support crew check‑in, baggage handling, and general needs within the Crew Briefing Centre.
• Maintain readiness of briefing facilities, kiosks, printers, and equipment, escalating issues as needed.
• Communicate clearly during shift handovers and promote a strong safety culture.

Required profile

• High school qualification, aviation‑related degree, or relevant licence.
• 2‑4 years of experience in flight operations, crew operations, or a similar aviation environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with AIMS (Aviation Information Management System).
