About the role
The Flight Operations and Training Coordinator supports operational, ground and flight testing and demonstration activities by coordinating staffing, flight clearance, maps, logistics and maintenance requirements. The role ensures efficient delivery of tasks, gathers and reports performance data, maintains clear records, and assists senior officers in planning and compiling operational plans.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing, flight clearance, maps, logistics and maintenance requirements for operational, ground and flight testing activities.
- Gather, maintain and report operations performance data, providing accurate performance reports.
- Maintain pilot and technician training records for quality assurance and monitoring purposes.
- Monitor and report status of operational equipment such as ground control systems to ensure maximum availability.
- Plan operations staff allocation and assist senior officers in compiling and promulgating operations plans.
