About the role

The Florist will create and maintain fresh flower arrangements throughout the hotel, enhancing guest experiences in rooms, public spaces and event venues. This role combines artistic design with meticulous inventory management to ensure high‑quality floral displays at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare flower arrangements for guest rooms, lobby, restaurants, and public areas.
• Create bespoke floral décor for weddings, meetings, banquets and other hotel events.
• Maintain and regularly refresh all floral displays to keep them attractive and vibrant.
• Select, purchase, receive and store flowers, plants and related materials following proper handling procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory and minimise waste.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Events, Food & Beverage and other departments to meet floral requirements.
• Prepare special arrangements based on guest requests and hotel occasions.
• Keep the flower room, tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards in all flower‑handling activities.
