Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team in Dubai, focusing on building high‑quality mobile applications for the corporate banking and financial services sector. You will work closely with design, product, QA and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.

Key responsibilities

• Own feature development from design through implementation, demo and handover.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, product, QA and engineering.
• Maintain and improve a mono‑repo codebase, leveraging tools such as Melos.
• Ensure code quality with thorough in‑code documentation and handover playbooks.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of professional Flutter development experience.
• Background in corporate banking or financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to document code (dartdoc, inline comments) and create handover documentation.

Required skills

• Flutter framework with solid understanding of layered/clean architecture.
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Mono‑repo management, preferably using Melos.
• State management using Bloc and Cubit.
• Platform channel integration.
• CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases (Bitrise or GitHub Actions).
• Advanced animations, including custom widget transitions, AnimationController and Lottie.
• Knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
