About the Job: Here's your chance to step into the role of Food and Beverage - Storekeeper at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: Manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of F&B stock in line with approved requisitions, purchase orders, and operational requirements. Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring accurate quantity, quality, pricing, temperature compliance, and expiry date checks. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through regular stock counts, system updates, and proper documentation of all stock movements. Operate procurement and inventory systems for GRN processing, invoice matching, accrual entries, stock transfers, and reconciliation activities. Ensure proper stock rotation and storage practices by following FIFO/FEFO principles to reduce wastage, spoilage, overstocking, and expired items. Coordinate with F&B outlets, kitchen, service, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely stock availability and smooth operational support. Prepare inventory reports and support month-end closing activities, including stock valuation, variance analysis, GRN reconciliation, and audit documentation. Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, Dubai Municipality, Food Watch, and company HSE standards, ensuring storage areas remain clean, safe, organized, and audit-ready. About you: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B storekeeping or inventory management, preferably within high-volume environments such as hotels, restaurants, theme parks, or large-scale hospitality operations. Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock receiving, storage, issuance, GRN processing, invoice matching, accruals, and inventory reconciliation. Proficiency in procurement and inventory systems such as Oracle, SAP, FMC, or equivalent, with strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and month-end reconciliation. Good understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, FIFO/FEFO principles, temperature control, hygiene requirements, and Dubai Municipality/Food Watch compliance. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Leisure Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field, with strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
