Food & Beverage Agent – Club Lounge (Dubai Festival City)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Agent will work in the Club InterContinental lounge at InterContinental Dubai Festival City, delivering high‑standard service to guests and IHG Rewards Club members. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every guest experience is warm, sophisticated and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Serve all guests according to company standards and acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members.
• Anticipate guest needs, record preferences and handle requests, questions and concerns.
• Maintain safety procedures, report incidents and wear required protective gear.
• Collaborate with colleagues, assist with ad‑hoc duties and stay informed about daily events and activities.
• Communicate any difficulties to supervisors and uphold the highest level of hospitality at all times.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma (college degree is a bonus) and at least two years of front‑desk or guest‑service experience in a 5‑star property.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera reservation system.
• Basic maths and computer literacy.
