Join Hilton’s vibrant team at the Palm Jumeirah and be the friendly face that brightens each guest’s stay. As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will support dining, bar and event services while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support all food & beverage operations across bar, restaurant, room service and events.
• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service.
• Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
