About the role
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to support all F&B operations across the bar, restaurant, room service, and events in our Dubai location. You will help deliver a consistently high level of service and ensure guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and a memorable guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service and events.
- Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately.
- Prepare and set tables with precision, including folding napkins and arranging tableware for dining and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
- Delight guests by providing attentive and high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and solid food‑and‑beverage knowledge.
- Associate’s degree or college diploma.
