Food & Beverage Assistant & Supervisor (2 positions)

About the role

Voco Bonnington Dubai is expanding its Food & Beverage team and is hiring for two positions: Food & Beverage Assistant and Food & Beverage Supervisor. The roles involve delivering exceptional service in a vibrant hotel environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.
• Assist with the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the Food & Beverage department, including inventory support and stock replenishment.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide efficient, professional service and resolve guest issues promptly.
• For the Supervisor role, oversee daily operations, guide team members, and ensure service quality standards are consistently met.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience in hotels, restaurants or similar hospitality settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• For the Supervisor position, proven supervisory experience and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
