Food & Beverage Associate (Barista)

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a friendly and proactive Food & Beverage Associate (Barista) to join its award‑winning attractions in Abu Dhabi. The role involves preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall operation of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards and health‑safety regulations.
• Greet guests, take orders, suggest menu items, and upsell drinks and side orders.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, maintain the cash float, and ensure register area is tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, replenish condiments, and follow HACCP and food‑safety procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints courteously, applying recovery solutions when needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, stock collection, and occasional support to other outlet areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a barista or waiter/waitress role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, handle cash responsibly, and follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
