Food & Beverage Associate – Guest Service Role

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Associate you will help create a pleasant dining experience for guests at Miral Experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with menu selections, providing information on food and beverage options.
• Recommend and upsell dishes, side items and promotional offers.
• Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks according to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Handle guest queries, complaints and recovery professionally.
• Operate the POS system, process cash transactions and support opening/closing procedures.
• Replenish stock, condiments and supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, health and hygiene procedures at all times.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain attention to detail.
