About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. When you join our hotel team, you’ll brighten guests’ days every shift. As a Food & Beverage Host you’ll provide food and drink service while delivering memorable experiences that make each stay special.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make their meal experience special.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver food and beverages promptly with attention to detail.
- Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to ensure guest and team well‑being.
