About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Food & Beverage Hostess in our Dubai hotel, you will welcome guests, create memorable moments, and ensure every meal experience is special.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and anticipate ways to enhance their dining experience.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized service station throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑awareness regulations.
