About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Hostess to join our team at Aloft Hotels in Dubai. In this guest‑focused role you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering friendly service and ensuring smooth operations in our restaurant areas.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests, presenting menus and answering basic queries.
Set and clear tables, maintain clean work areas, and restock supplies.
Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and serve food and beverages promptly.
Handle guest requests, process payments, and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Adhere to safety, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
Willingness to work flexible full‑time hours.
