About the role
The Food & Beverage Hostess plays a key part in creating memorable dining experiences for guests at St. Regis Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met with professionalism and warmth. This role blends service excellence with attention to detail in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming dining environment.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate timely service.
- Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Read and verify menu information to assist guests accurately.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
