Food & Beverage Manager (Female)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all food and beverage operations at Sheraton Dubai, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service areas. This full‑time position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial targets and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and financial plans for all F&B outlets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of kitchens, restaurants, bars and room service.
• Lead, coach and schedule the F&B team, ensuring coverage and high performance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and employee engagement, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and beverage laws.
• Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed financial goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of food and beverage regulations.
