Food & Beverage Operations Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all F&B activities at the Four Points by Sheraton in Dubai, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations. The role ensures guest and employee satisfaction while meeting financial targets and complying with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor budgets for all F&B departments.
• Lead and manage the F&B team, supervising daily operations and ensuring service standards.
• Maintain a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations.
• Oversee culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service functions, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Drive employee engagement, provide coaching, and address staff concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food and beverage laws and regulations.
• Monitor productivity levels and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary or related fields, OR
• 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
