Food & Beverage Service Expert – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Guest Service Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal delivers memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, high‑quality service to guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every meal runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and readiness for service.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications needed.
