About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Expert – Bartender will create memorable dining experiences for guests at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, supporting the service team, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, mix and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with recipes and guest preferences.
- Set up and maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, stock levels and proper equipment operation.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate orders and deliver timely service.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 kg (50 kg with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
