About the role
The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Service Expert to join the Crystal Lounge team. You will deliver impeccable service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience in a luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guest needs by assisting with food and beverages from the kitchen or bar and completing guest requests.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and set‑up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver in an unobtrusive manner.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on portions, ingredients and potential allergens, and recommend items based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering system and communicate details to the kitchen.
- Check customers’ IDs to verify legal age for alcoholic beverages and ensure hot food is served hot and cold food cold.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Preferable experience working in a coffee lounge or similar upscale beverage service area.
