Food & Beverage Service Expert – Guest Service

About the role

As a Guest Service Expert in the Food & Beverage area, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests at W Hotels on Yas Island. You will be responsible for setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables and dining areas according to hotel standards.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen efficiently.
• Interact with guests, serve meals, and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and dining spaces throughout the shift.
• Read and verify menu information visually to ensure accurate service.
• Adhere to uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
