About the role
The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, ensuring food and beverage service is seamless and enjoyable. This role blends hospitality, attention to detail, and physical stamina to support the restaurant operation and enhance guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests, and communicate orders to the kitchen.
- Maintain clean work areas, replenish supplies, and ensure proper sanitation.
- Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, and present a professional appearance.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
