About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at Four Points by Sheraton Bur Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and ensuring every interaction enhances the guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, linens, and service stations according to hotel standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of food delivery.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service equipment throughout the shift.
• Follow safety and hygiene procedures, including proper handling of food, equipment, and personal protective gear.
• Adhere to uniform, appearance, and professional communication standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and perform repetitive motions.
