About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences by taking initiative and delivering a wide range of services. They set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and maintain clean work areas, ensuring every meal feels part of a unique experience. The role requires standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks safely while upholding our quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, prepare dining areas, and keep workspaces clean, stocked, and ready for service throughout each shift.
- Communicate guest orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions accurately between the dining floor and kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, attend to guest needs, process payments, and ensure a smooth dining flow.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, moving items, navigating sloping or uneven surfaces, and maintaining safety standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, demonstrating basic education requirements.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience, showing willingness to learn on the job.
- No supervisory experience required, as the role focuses on direct guest service.
- No specific license or certification needed, though a positive attitude and reliability are essential.
