About the role
The Guest Service Expert at Aloft Hotels creates memorable dining experiences for guests, handling everything from setting tables to serving meals and maintaining clean work areas. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to safety, quality, and professional presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance, and moving around the service area for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
