Food & Beverage Service Expert – Lounge Bar

About the role

The Luxury Collection is looking for a motivated Guest Service Expert to join the lounge‑bar team at Ajman Saray. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensure proper presentation of the lounge‑bar area.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead, and moving on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and follow safety procedures.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food‑service operations and guest interaction.
• Ability to read menus and verify information accurately.
