About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert (Oliwino) at W Hotels Dubai creates memorable dining experiences by supporting guests throughout their meal, from seating to billing, while maintaining safety, quality and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, arrange settings and ensure dining areas are clean and ready for service.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and coordinate with back‑of‑house staff.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies and handle waste disposal.
• Read and verify menu information, assist guests with menu queries.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and follow safety procedures.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
