About the role
The Guest Service Expert for Room Service at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal delivers memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests with professionalism.
- Maintain clean work areas, manage menu information, and handle supplies and equipment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
- Capability to read and verify menu details while following safety and company policies.
