About the role
Join the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, overseeing multiple dining outlets and ensuring memorable guest experiences in line with IHG standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, personalized guest experience while maintaining service standards.
- Supervise daily F&B operations, lead team members and conduct shift briefings.
- Monitor beverage sales, inventory levels and wastage to maximise profitability.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP and local alcohol licensing regulations.
Required profile
- Legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of F&B experience with bar operations knowledge.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant or bar environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Experience in inventory control procedures.
