About the role
Join Anantara Downtown Dubai as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, supporting the overall F&B operation to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business results.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and uphold high product quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong team, delivering prompt and courteous service in line with brand standards.
- Handle daily team member relations, training, and empowerment to encourage problem‑solving.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for leadership, teamwork and operational excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent guest service skills.
