Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous service in line with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure only the highest quality products are served, overseeing food preparation and presentation.
• Develop and maintain a strong team environment through coaching, training and empowerment.
• Deliver consistent service excellence, monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
• Handle daily team member relations, encouraging problem solving and effective communication.

Required profile

• Hold a college diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Have previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Demonstrate a passion for leadership, teamwork and guest service.
• Possess an eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Exhibit excellent guest service skills and a commitment to hospitality standards.
