About the role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor ensures seamless service delivery in the hotel’s dining areas, leading a team to meet guest expectations. This role combines operational oversight, staff development, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the F&B team to provide optimal guest service and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup, cleaning, inventory checks, and securing the premises.
- Inspect staff grooming, uniform standards, and overall appearance, correcting any deficiencies.
- Monitor dining room operations, seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being throughout service periods.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
