About the role
You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of Anantara Downtown Dubai, ensuring guest satisfaction, team performance and business results.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and uphold the highest product quality.
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment, providing training and empowerment.
- Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem‑solving.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
