Food & Beverage Supervisor – Military Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations in a military catering environment in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures high standards of service, food quality, hygiene and safety while coordinating large‑scale catering for military clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations and staff.
• Prepare duty schedules and coordinate team activities.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Coordinate military and high‑volume catering services.
• Handle customer concerns and operational issues.
• Monitor stock, reduce wastage and support cost control.
• Train and guide staff to maintain discipline and service excellence.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of F&B supervisory experience in military catering.
• Arabic nationality; fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and inventory control.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and flexible hours.
• Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
