Food & Beverage Supervisor – The Atrium

About the role

The Atrium at Westin Dubai Marina is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the service team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will oversee daily operations, maintain standards, and support staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing procedures, including setup of supplies, equipment cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall presentation, correcting any deficiencies.
• Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Maintain storage organization using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Process work orders for maintenance and liaise with relevant departments.
• Assist management with recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce company safety, security, and quality policies; report incidents and complete required certifications.
• Provide courteous guest interactions, anticipate needs, and ensure accessibility for guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lb.
