Food & Beverage Supervisor – The Atrium

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Atrium, Westin Dubai, leads the service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations of the dining areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff to deliver optimal service, ensuring grooming and attire standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Manage inventory, stock requisition, and enforce FIFO in storage areas.
• Monitor dining room seating, service quality, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and oversee equipment upkeep.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and report incidents.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance standards for staff.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and assist guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food & beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
