Food & Beverages Supervisor

About the role

Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi is seeking an efficient, passionate, and team‑oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure exceptional service delivery across its dining outlets, including Silk Route Café, Thirty 1st Bar & Lounge, Hubbly Bubbly, and Stock Burger Co.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences in line with IHG service standards.
• Oversee food and beverage service efficiency, professionalism, and consistency.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar operations to support guest needs.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly.
• Maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance.
• Supervise and support F&B team members during daily operations.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate priorities, promotions, and updates.
• Monitor beverage sales, inventory levels, and wastage to maximize profitability.
• Promote upselling of beverages, cocktails, promotions, and menu items.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and compliance with financial procedures.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and local licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the UAE.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience with bar operations knowledge.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control procedures is an advantage.
• Passionate, guest‑focused, professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
