About the role
Join Sprinklez General Trading LLC as a Food Runner in Dubai, where you will play a vital part in delivering a seamless dining experience. You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders reach guests promptly and accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to tables accurately and promptly.
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure food items are properly garnished and presented before delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy trays and dishes.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
- Previous experience in food service is an advantage.
