About the role

The Food Server delivers a refined and memorable dining experience in a luxury environment, providing professional, attentive, and personalized service to guests. This role requires excellent communication, strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests, present menus, and offer detailed recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages according to luxury dining standards, ensuring proper table setup and cleanliness.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
• Upsell menu items, signature dishes, and beverages to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Prepare dining areas, maintain station cleanliness, and follow grooming and uniform standards.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with service staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, fine‑dining venue, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury dining etiquette and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
