About the role

Provide quality food and beverage service that follows the brand SOP, while maintaining a cheerful disposition and positive attitude to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. The role bridges the kitchen and service areas, delivering professional service on the floor and behind the bar.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all activities adhere to ICDR Quality Standards and food hygiene regulations.
• Provide table and counter service for all food and beverages, including upselling techniques.
• Act as a link between kitchen and service areas, receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
• Handle bar duties and floor service, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of menu items.
• Maintain accurate records and support restaurant supervisors as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of food & beverage experience in a similar role.
• Proven record of floor supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused team player.
