Foreman - Civil (Bridge Maintenance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead bridge construction, maintenance and rehabilitation works in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supervising daily civil activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely execution on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil works related to bridge construction, maintenance and rehabilitation.
• Allocate manpower, tools and materials, read and interpret construction drawings, method statements and work instructions.
• Monitor workmanship, conduct regular site checks and report progress to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress and site activities.

Required profile

• Technical qualification or diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Civil Foreman on bridge projects in the UAE.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence.
• Hands‑on experience with concrete repairs, structural works, reinforcement, formwork and waterproofing.
