Forklift Driver

About the role

We are looking for a safety‑focused Forklift Driver to join our manufacturing operations team in Fujairah. You will play a key part in moving raw materials, work‑in‑progress inventory, and finished goods efficiently across the production floor while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance, reach forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials within the warehouse and production area.
• Conduct daily pre‑operational inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements, inventory counts and equipment usage.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper load securing, safe lifting practices and traffic‑control zones.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts and stock organization to support lean manufacturing.
• Respond quickly to urgent material‑handling needs during peak periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal forklift certification that meets OSHA requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on forklift operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (counterbalance, reach, pallet jack).
• OSHA‑compliant forklift certification.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar inventory tracking tools.
