About the role

This senior Forward Deployed Engineer role bridges cutting‑edge AI‑powered platforms with enterprise customers in Abu Dhabi. The position requires fluent Mandarin and English to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support complex software platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise environments.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts, pilot projects, and custom integrations.
• Lead technical workshops, demonstrations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to feed customer feedback into product development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application, infrastructure, data, and integration layers.
• Develop scripts, APIs, automation tools, and custom functionality to support customer workflows.
• Deliver technical presentations and training to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in forward‑deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or related roles.
• Proven ability to engage directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, complex environments.
