Foundation Phase Educator

About the role

Kids First Group is seeking a dynamic Foundation Phase Educator to deliver an enriched Year 1 curriculum in Abu Dhabi. The role involves creating a stimulating learning environment for early years students and supporting their academic and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the chosen curriculum (EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.).
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and senior staff.
• Contribute to extra‑curricular activities and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational approach.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to MOE guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or related field (Cache Level 3, BTEC, HND, PGCE accepted).
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably with Year 1 students.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
