About the role
GEMS Education is seeking a Foundation Stage Teacher to join GEMS Founders School Dubai from January 2026. The school is British Schools Overseas accredited and offers a vibrant, international learning environment in the heart of Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely interventions and support.
- Collaborate with department heads and school leadership to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
Required profile
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate GEMS core values of Grow, Flourish & Succeed.
- Enthusiastic about teaching early years learners and contributing to school development.
